Travels to Morocco were a dream come true.
I dreamed of travelling and painting like Gauguin.
Morocco held huge appeal, I would stare hard into pictures of Morocco, willing myself into the image. If I stumbled upon any images of Morocco, I would pounce on them.
I have since had the absolute privilege of stepping off the plane in Marrakech three times, and now have wonderful friends there.

I watched while a kind man came and gave him a glass of mint tea and some bread, which he saved in his pocket.
